Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8 oz. or 227 g) cold water
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) instant coffee
  • 1⁄2 cup (125 mL) skim milk
  • 1⁄2 tsp (2.5 mL) vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) + 2 tsp (10 mL) Truvia Natural Sweetener Spoonable Jar**
  • 2 1⁄2 (625 mL) cups ice

Directions

  1. Stir instant coffee into water.
  2. Add coffee and remaining ingredients to blender.
  3. Mix on high speed for about 15-30 seconds until combined.
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. Replace water and instant coffee with 8 oz. of your favourite brewed coffee.
  6. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.
  7. Top with chocolate syrup or dust with cocoa powder.
  8. Add 2 scoops vanilla ice cream.
